I would be surprised if anyone states he is a registered agent. But your point is removing him from contact with the club. He has no contact with the club besides through the players. Responsibility for this is the players so blame the players for him darkening our doors.

He is on the Fifa banned list of agent's, its not possible for him to be registered as an "agent" with any FA.

I still want to see Kia frog marched out of this country at gun point with a warning in no uncertain terms to eff off and bug some other poor saps in another league.
The Italian league seems perfect for the bent dodgy bastard.

No need to do that pal, just need our players not to seek his advice and were rid of him. When I read the vitriol about Kia (which I dont partake in as I dont honestly know what influence he has). The role of our players is always sugar coated.
