No need to do that pal, just need our players not to seek his advice and were rid of him. When I read the vitriol about Kia (which I dont partake in as I dont honestly know what influence he has). The role of our players is always sugar coated.

I don't think the players are that stupid so I am sure there is something in Kia that the players needed (imo they know Kia better than majority of us).
If you blame Kia, don't forget to blame the players as well.
