an alternative could be to collect uncollected taxes and stolen PPE money then fund councils properly so they can catch fly tippers and fine them. If you will note there are no blood thirsty murders there but a lot of money is collected and spent wisely - oh and Swayne is a nut job - look his views up particularly during Covid but he exists on one of the few safe Tory seats in the New Forest - one of the ponies in Burley would win if it had a blue rosette in its mane
