Reversed 45p cut but still borrowing to fund a 1p cut in basic rare that benefits the rich most.
And still moving ahead with "driving supply side reforms - including accelerating major infrastructure projects".
Presumably, this is to do with those charter cities or investment zones, small scale supply-side experiments that are designed to turn places like Hull into Monaco.
More complete and utter bollocks in other words.
