My only concern is that Truss leaves and we get someone in who steadies the ship until the next general election. Where the public have short memories and then re vote this lot back in.

I'd take a few months of chaos, then a general election and get the right people in to run the country with compassion for the public.

Our political system is replete with inconsistencies, paradoxes and intellectual dishonesty. It needs completely ripping up and starting again.
