Even that is an exageration - Standard UC is £77 per week; Asylum Support is £45.
Generous? Mmmmmm.
Think it is based on the increase in April.

Yes we are.So do we funnily enough.
No, we're aren't
Will be interesting to see what BJ does tomorrow. Keir did a brilliant job of calling out his shit deal earlier today. BJ has to either criticise this or accept its better than his plan.Cleaning up his own parties shit.
This is true.Theres a direct freight ferry from France to Eire. .... operated by DFDS . Started in November 2020. What used to be called 'Landbridge' no longer exists (as you will see if you visit Anglesey and travel on the motorway built with cash from the Eu)
This was not aimed at you BI. Just the fact that this is not a 'new' deal.Don’t think I said it was “our” deal did I?

It also highlights how awful Truss was. Zero chance she would have gone down this rd.
I've had zero problems getting anything mate. If anything has been short in the local Aldi and Tesco it's been spinach.Yes we are.
The missus had noticed it for weeks.
Less choice of types of fruit and veg and shelves padded out with what they have.
It was on the news two nights ago Aguero. Irish tomatoes and cucumbers will be in season soon to fill the demand but the Massive poly tunnel growers in Wexford and North Dublin didn’t plant to capacity because of the energy cost increases.
I’m sure Brexit exacerbates the UK problems but we are seeing issues here. If we are talking about perishables that don’t have a long shelf life, being held up at borders is an issue for them.
Maybe we are dealing with things differently. I don’t know. I don’t think we have problems hiring workers but a lot less staff were held compared to seasonal averages.
