The Conservative Party

Correct me if I'm wrong - the stat's do get a bit jumbled for mere mortals like me:-
Did I hear this morning that the civil servant at the Min of Education said he wanted funding for 200 replacement schools a year?
He alleged that the actual funding was cut and then cut again, so that only 50 were funded in the end - and that it was Chancellor Sunak who made the cuts.
Fast forward to Sunak today, and he says it's completely wrong because he actually decided to fund 500 schools over a 10 year period. Apparently, he said it with a straight face - I only heard it on the radio.
Now, I'm no mathmatician, but doing the best I can, 500/10; doesn't that equate to 50 a year on average - as the civil servant alleged?
Maybe maths isn't Sunak's strong point after all - certainly, he seems to struggle with the concept of truth (and responsibility) anyway.

Hmmm - wonder who will be supplying the portakabins and what their inevitable link to the Tories will be

I just realised I mis-heard what she said....... of course they have some Portakabins "held in stock" - they have been busy emptying them of duff PPE and burning it so they are there ready to use.

Spent all day looking for a bit of aerated brick. Fuming. Not a fucking sniff. All top-drawer Accrington Red.
All kids back in tomorrow.
And no fucking strikes on the horizon either. Sure I must be due another holiday soon..

She's just personally attacked Ridge.

Attacking journalists must be the next step on the culture wars.
The same happened this morning. Wouldn‘t normally watch ITV but as I was working from home and knew she was doing the rounds, thought I’d have a gander. She attacked Ed Balls, blamed Labour and you could clearly see that she wanted some recognition for calling this problem out, ironically not understanding that her predecessors had perpetuated the problem.

To me, she came across as being thick as mince and had been indoctrinated to believe that people would see them as a new, decent government and forget about the shit-show that they have produced over the course of their tenure.

Remember Sunak was reported as being upset at not getting recognition and gratitude for what he has done - which at the moment seems to be claiming he is behind any fall in the inflation rate when he has no plan to reduce it is doing nothing to reduce it and letting the natural cycle run its course so it comes down.

Spoiler alert - reductions in fuel and utility bills ( the latter coz its summer ) likely to be reversed as the RAC report petrol and diesel up by an average 7.3p per litre and the last month........

He is disingenuous about small boats too - the total number making the crossings is down on last year so that is what he is focussing on. We now have nice weather and day on day we are now seeing record daily numbers - before too long the total will exceed last years so thats another bust. Like football managers PM's need to be lucky - at the moment every time Sunak wipes his arse his finger goes through the paper and is covered in his own shit

This morning asked about refurbishing her office on the ‘public estate’ that’s posh

‘Well, I was on another floor as I had to move for the refurb, so didn’t know about it until I move back into my plush office that I may use once a month. Can‘t blame me for signing this off and not acting on information I was given, but not told to action, with regard to your children’s safety.’

Gillian Kegan on her late crisis response.

As mentioned before, every time the Tories are in trouble, Sky seem to roll out the biggest Tory gimp. And here is Johnsons’s todger cleaner, Harry ‘the Slug’ Cole.

As Ive posted before..... the Tory Playbook.

Create a problem

Listen to the noise and issues caused by the problem they created

Throw a load of money (usually to their mates / donors ) to solve the problem.

Claim the praise for solving the problem that they created in the first place.

Repeat ad nauseam ........... you can apply this playbook to any of the issues the country faces today from Power / Rail / Brexit / Immigration etc etc

Once again the news is full of a 'crisis' created by the Tories .... this time its water. They are wheeling out Coffey this time to lie and obfuscate about the failure to spend any of the money that the water companies borrowed on actually repairing or upgrading the system. Once again the cost will be paid by the water bill payer.........when will people stop voting for this bunch of chancers.

'' Loving Every Drop ''....... I'll bet they f@cking are.
