What a mess they have made of things. Cameron pledged to get net migration below 100k a year and 13 Years later its touching 700k! I see stress in hospitals, schools and Prisons. How much more pressure do they expect people to suck up?

We'll never know, will we? Somehow I think Gordon Brown knows more about global capitalism than you.

It's quite pathetic if capitalism survives despite an inevitable boom and bust cycle.

And growth under Labour 1997-2010 was twice what it has been since the capitalist party took "control" in 2010.

He may know more than I do, he made some good decisions as chancellor, but there was much laughter when we heard him say it on the trading desk at the tier 1 bank I was at at the time. I was surprised at the frequency various folk from the treasury would pop by our offices and ask us how stuff works.
