What a coincidence!!
My glasses fell out of my pocket on the bus and the passenger behind me picked them up and asked if I had dropped my glasses and after checking my pockets I said I had, and he said that he had found a pair and were they mine!
They turned out to be mine and I can’t tell you how relieved I was to get them back which made me think that I was possibly the luckiest passenger ever.
Criminals are terrible though, and we need to deal with them.

Before Brexit, freedom of movement resulted in lots of immigrants who were coming tended to be doing low paid jobs which Brits didn't want.

Post Brexit, that kind of immigration is more difficult, as you need to earn minimum amounts.

However, you can come in to middle class professions where:
a) the Tories lack of investment, and short term economy policies have created a shortage.
b) those people can be paid 70% of the going rate, and will be more dependent on the contract than someone with free movement.

So, you get huge immigrant numbers coming in to fill jobs that people here would love to do, and undercutting wages.

Still, all those wannabee scientists in the UK could go and pick fruit for minimum wage, so there's an upside.
