Parliament decrees that EU law trumps domestic law in NI and the Govt will appeal…on what grounds exactly? Either EU is supreme or it isn’t, and if it isn’t then the Windsor Framework is redundant and if it is then the Belfast ruling is correct.
Will be funny watching the Govt tie itself into legal knots trying to justify incompatible outcomes. Silly bastards.
