I think people miss the point about store like B&M.
They are busy because an awful lot of folk haven’t a pot to piss in.

That they were allowed to circumvent the rules by having the status of a food retailer and then the owner donating to the Tory party stinks of corruption. They kept the Government grant, unlike most similar companies and the owner donated virtually the same amount to the Tory party.

If he had donated money to the Labour Party or the SWP or the Lib Dems or the Monster Raving Loonies is immaterial, they are not in Government. If they were in Government it would be corruption and i would say it was corruption.

By the way, one of the reasons i am not over enamoured with Starmer is because he has taken corporate donations for the Labour party and that disgusts me, the Party should be funded by members and party affiliates.

They have always sold food so no circumnavigation of any rules has gone on mate.

I have no issue in you not liking the fact the owner supports the Tories but it has fuck all to do with them selling cheap beans mate.

I hate the Tories, it is about the donation of the money the company received to the Tory party when other companies paid it back to the Government.

I cant believe you are an apologist for corruption.
 
Just watched Desmond Swayne's performance from earlier - its like a human Banksy - a 23 year stint in performance art as " Barking Mad Tory ****" - amazing stamina - how has he kept it up?
 
Not buying this one at all, the pound shops & Wilko have more or less the same product range, they're open.

This is supposedly footage of him genuinely resting between performances, I have a suspicion it was one of their staged arrogant-Tory-boy snubs aimed at the 'wet' Ken Clarke.

As soon as he said no lockdown in January I immediately accepted the opposite will occur.

Eventually the committee decided we’re going to throw eggs during it’s unveiling.
 
December the 2nd now...... the Tory MP accused of rape was bailed to "early November" - why have we heard nothing?

It was a Conservative Party manifesto commitment that the U.K. should maintain foreign aid equivalent to 0.7% of GDP.

The government won the election standing on that platform.

It is the will of the people that they continue to continue to make that available, so why are they not honouring the will of the people?

As he hasn't been charged not been any announcement of no further action so guess investigation ongoing.

I genuinely pity you if that’s what goes through your head.

The Tories piss me off as much as the next person but this thread really is a hotbed of bitterness and anger. You all need help.
