The Conservative Party

You do realise that you’re making a sweeping generalisation whilst complaining about sweeping generalisations.
You don’t realise I am talking about a handful of posters on here and not the public?

I suggest you buy yourself a dictionary.

I think you mean a comprehension book. Perhaps you need a dictionary to look up the word dictionary.
Nope I mean dictionary.

Sweeping: 2. Wide in range or effect.

There’s nothing wide about my point, it’s the same small amount of people posting the same inane shite day in, day out.

I got one to find out what jingoist means, as it’s the new go to word on here

Jingoists really dislike people from outside their own borders. Jingoism is an extreme form of patriotism that often calls for violence towards foreigners and foreign countries.

seems a little over the top to describe people like this

They’ve nowhere left to go mate.

Their politics have been rejected at the ballot for 11 years.

So what they do now is cling on to any little criticism they can find and magnify it by as many times as they can.

It’s amazing that the people who have all of the evidence, research and answers to every issue on here still don’t seem to be able to connect with the wider population.
Wider population must be thick and not as open minded and inclusive as them.

That’s exactly what they think, the last part that is.

I am dubious about their reasons, I don’t think it’s a coincidence they’ve started doing it at the same time as getting the culture secretary to try and stop organisations from “rewriting history”.

It’s a very useful tool for the segue from the brexit boogeyman of the EU to the next one for them to go after, which will be the culture war and bringing patriotism into the debate more, which will be an even more depressing and disingenuous debate than the brexit one ever was.

This pathetic culture war was started by one side to be fair.

It was already here under Cameron and he can’t exactly be accused of it, he’s essentially an Orange Book LibDem.

It’s snowballing every election the left loses, but it’s done by a minority of the left, I must add, those that don’t care much for economic gains, purely identity politics.
