I honestly think that the lying fraud actually wants misfortune and disaster to befall this country for the simple reason that he can use it to bolster his standing by blaming it on the hordes of evil foreigners.
There are loads of votes in it when you haven’t got any viable policies on anything else.
Unlike most of us, he can just walk away with his riches when it all goes tits-up.

Can't blame the Tories for this problem. Just cos they know your date of birth doesn't mean they know when you'll reach state pension age. - And they don't give a shit as they don't understand the concept of not having huge amounts of cash in reserve.
Oh I know it's easy just adding the pension age to the date of birth but do we use metric years or imperial years? I even saw one comment saying a year in the EU was the same as a year in the UK and Boris, Gove and Farage won't like that.

Be fair. Geoffrey Howe's view was rejected. Heseltine, for all his own warring with CND, was a one-nation Tory and his idea of "rebalancing Britain" was a much more coherent programme than Johnson's "levelling up" (just targeting money at targeting seats).

He even opposed the poll tax (though voted for its first application in Scotland), though with his several big houses he has since saved many millions on abolition of domestic rates.
