The Dark Web...

First time I heard of the dark web was reading a Lee Child novel called Make me. I know it's fiction but he's spot on with research so it wil be a good account of what the dark web actually is. It's all very disturbing to be honest.
 
I have no idea how to access it but I am always looking for trustworthy vendors who sell medicinal marijuana and adderall.

The victim told police the kidnapper said he would free her because the group had not realised she had a small child and they did not deal with mothers, prosecutors added.

Goodness, if what you want cannot be found in some online hole, you need to have a good look at yourself and rethink some life choices. Like the Big Yin once said, "cash machines should stop working at certain times....no one ever withdraws cash at 4:30 in the morning unless it is for no good or travel
