The Detectives: Fighting Organised Crime

The abuse of the right to silence is a criminals charter.
People like that big twat should be shackled throughout/and or tasered when threatening Officers.
Used to be plenty of 6ft 5" ex Rugby/military male cops to deal with these scum , the high level of senior women police officers have limitations in front line enforcement.
I really wouldn't have a problem if the police just shot these scum on arrest.
The law should change so that the "no comment" response default is interpreted as "yes"

After watching that it wont shock you to know that I havent had chance. I went to work on Saturday afternoon and its not an exaggeration to say I came home properly at 7.30pm tonight. Ive grabbed a couple of hours kip and changed my shirt and cleaned my teeth here and there but its been mental. Ive currently got 2 people in comas, one 37 yr old bloke from a vicious assault on Sat night and one 21yr old girl from a drugs overdose this morning. In the middle of that Ive had to manage half of the uniform staff that would help do shit be taken away because a gypsy wedding went pop and 12 were arrested for possessing guns, swords and machetes while 6 are in hospital, one with a wound from a sword that has exposed his spine. No shit.
Wally,my family and myself are in your debt for the work you do.

I noticed the name Carlos Buller. Is he a descendant of the Withington Bullers of the late 60s/early 70s?
Certainly looked like them. Used to see the Bullers around Rusholme in the 60's/70's and they were definitely ones to keep out of the way of.

fuckin hell Wally. No wonder you need a dog.

After watching that first episode, I’m happy to take my chances in Chicago, with my own guns! Coincidentally, I spent a very nice afternoon at the range today, putting holes in targets from 7 meters. Needless to say, the paper didn’t survive! ;-)

The episode was nothing more than bullies committing extreme violence and torture for money. The threatening behavior of the primary perp while at the Police Station would have been fun to watch in an American station or jail. If you mess with the bull, you get the horns!

Scratch the grey surface of Manchester and you see how badly it has gone to shit! Reminds me why I am always happy to get off the plane when I land back in the States! If I could find a nice cottage in the Peak or Lake Districts, maybe, but nearly everything I see in the Lakes requires some local residency bullshit! Ah, freedom!
Yep, Fonso’s brother. Carlos Buller was on an episode of Come Dine With Me which ended up landing him in trouble previously

It was a well known name around Wythenshawe in the 70/80's, probably slightly before that. One was called Alfonso. A few years ago I was watching an episode of come dine with me based in Manchester and there was a Buller on it whose age would probably fit the criteria but he was now some kind of actor/luvvie type. I often wonder if it was him, it was quite a contrast if it was lol.

Edited, I have just seen the post by @LongsightM13 which confirms it. Carlos and Alfonso Buller, two brothers. I was gobsmacked at the change in him in the TV programme, but I guess the old life still bubbles below the surface judging by the attack.

Brother. Fonso was the one used to have the long dreads, who ran the MVITA nights at the Midland on Burton Road and was on stage at the end of the Mondays gig at GMEX. Lives down Cornwall way now I think. Carlos is a angry, hissy little queen who buys and sells furniture
