i've read through this thread and posted my thoughts but when all is said and done the blame for any deterioration is with the mods, we have failed posters in not cutting out bullying and abuse. we have'nt merged or moved drivel enough, we have given persistant offenders licence to sign up again and watch them post their bile again, we have allowed too many threads with severe sexual content and benal threads about muffins and £20 prize money remain on the board for far too long.
its time we looked at our role and set out clear lines about what the owner is and is not prepared to have posted on an everyday basis.
the posters for their part can help by not starting multible threads about the same subject, they can refrain from going over the top about private parts of the human body, have a laugh but just think who may be reading this forum.
if when all else fails and a mod moves/deletes/warns bans or whatever he is doing for the sake of the board, the bigger picture and the reputation of bluemoon.nothing personal, no clique, no agenda, just trying to keep the peace and letting the forum flow.
