"The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" 11/11/11.

I'm getting annoyed with it now.

Can't cure the Markarth 'bug' even though I've joined the Stormcloaks. I can't go anywhere near Markarth now because it is a nightmare trying to move around the City without getting attacked by the guards.

Every-time I go near the Companions that bloke keeps following me too and taking out his sword and it is a nightmare trying to get rid of him.

Level 41.

Forget all other swords and get the Daedric sword and dagger. 60 damage when improved. You need to have 100 Smithing and a Daedric heart for each weapon but well worth it.

Last night i stumbled across Gllombound Mine and nearly wee'd with excitement, full to the rafters with ebony ore which i've been looking for for about a week.

Finally made my daedric armour, i now look awesome. I've given my follower my dragonplate armour, so she looks awesome aswell. We are one kick ass duo.

Just bought my 1st house in whiterun after i overtook it with my stormcloak pals, told my wifey in riverwood to stay at home. Stored all my crap i have littered about which frees me up loads.

I just need some more ebony to make a few daedric weapons, and i am good to go. I seriously love this game, never played anything like it ever i don't really do RPG's but this game is class. I'm only at level 29 now. Just finished the Drinking Game mission and the reward at the end made it worth it, wasn't expecting that.

I just need to kill a few more dragons, i've got Slow Time Shout and Frost Breath Shout that i can't use yet because i don't have enough dragon souls i think.

The Unrelenting Force Shout which i've maxed is class, just launch people straight out of the way

I really need to start using magic more though instead of just twatting everybody with my mace, my magic is shocking and it is catching up on me a bit now where melee attacks are out of the question

Anyone else got Mehrunes Razor? Hasn't got amazing stats (about a 35 hit when upgraded) but it has the chance of instantly killing the enemy.

Killed a dragon before in one hit with it.

I've got that. It's very decent. I use it with either nightingale sword or the dragonbone sword.

Also for anyone who has completed the main quest, how long is left after meeting the leader of the grey beards (parthanux or something) of the main quest?

How you get the dragon bone sword or where can I make it? ;-)

Its not a dragon bone sword its an akaviri katana called dragonbane. Its a really cool/powerfull sword, you get trails of electrical sparks of it when moving it around.

That last patch made it worse. Can hardly play it now, get about 20 mins worth out of it and it freezes.

It's a fantastic game but there's no doubting the sheer amount of bugs detract from the overall quality.

Got the game for Christmas. Loving it so far, but i have a bit of a problem. My follower appears to have got lost somewhere and now i can't find him. When i try to get a different follower, they wont join me because i apparently already have one. I need one to dump all my heavy shit on, whilst i save up for a house!

Is there a way to get your follower's location to show up on the map?

No not what I'm aware off..you must told your follow to "wait here" only thing i can think off is for you to back track your steps, or go back to a previous save ;-/

Bugger! It was bloody ages ago that i lost him, so tracing back my steps or loading up an old save is out of the question. I'll just have to proceed without a follower. Eventually, i'll probably bump into him by chance and i'll kill the twat and get someone else! I'm going down the magic route, so i think i'll work on my conjuring skills so that i can summon things to fight for me, making up for never having a follower with me in battle.

I've never bothered with the followers, personally. Lydia died without even putting up a fight so that put me off.

Plus, if you have the sanguine rose to summon the daedra who needs followers?

Hi mate I lost my follower (dressed in my Dragon armor the lot) told him to wait somewhere and couldn't for the life of me think where :( anyway I looked around the Internet and found out if u forward yourself a week your follower gets fed up of waiting for u and either returns to where u met him or your house if u have 1 (was the latter for me) anyway it worked Give it a try :)

What's the best way to get coin in this game? I seem to be hovering around the 1500-2000 mark, as i do a few quests then buy a spell tome, or get some training and what have you. No idea how to save up for a house. Is there somewhere you can steal back the money you paid for the house?

In other news, i just got twatted by a giant and was catapulted hundreds of feet into the air (i'm presuming it was a glitch!). I will get my revenge!

Cheers mate. I'm already doing the Mage quests in Winterhold, can i join both of them without there being any bad consequences?

Never played any of these games before but my brother got it for Christmas and lets me play on it.

Got to say i'm pretty impressed as I didn't think i'd like it. I've just visited some whitebeards (that right?) and they taught me some dragon shouting shit and now i'm off to carry on with the quests they give me. Is that a good route to go down? I know there are literally hundreds of things you can do so I don't want to be doing loads of stuff that isn't really beneficial. Seriously need to learn magic though, I just go round and batter people with a huch axe with 25 power but I bumped into some guys who set you on fire in some fort prison and they torched me to death a couple of times before I eventually killed them.

Any good ways/advice on how to do magic? I still get the impression I don't know the game very well.

Managed to save up 30k in gold, mainly from going into the dwemer ruins and killing everything in there you can make a few thousand looting gold and then you sell the stuff you find for another few thousand. If I sold everything in my cheats at home that I don't need but like to keep I'd double that 30k easy

Just in blackreach trying to gather 30 crimson nirnroot and it is frustrating the hell out of me!! Found 13 in about 2 hours!!

Yeah, i've got some of the dragon bones and scales and they are weighing me down a bit! I was holding onto them because i hadn't yet decided whether i was going to focus on smithing. I think when you get smithing to 100, you can make dragon armour with the scales/bones. But i think i'm going to take your advice and go the the thieves guild. I'll be a sneaky, theivey, magicy character rather than a heavy brute, and sell the dragon bones for some dosh! Need to get my speech skill level up a bit though because i get shit deals everywhere i go.

What's the best way to improve speech?
