The End of on Street Parking within walking distance of the Etihad

cunts.........there's no reason for a lot of it.......can only be reds in the council or just fucking loons from outside Manchester.
Can’t remember if it was in this thread or a similar one that somebody said drivers are the new smokers. Wise words, things are certainly going that way :-(

There might become a black market in exemption passes that locals could get. Might be cheaper than the official car parks too.

The vast majority of the local residents are in for a shock when these new restrictions come into force, currently residents have access to up to four free visitors permits (per household) that they can use as they please. Under the new scheme the residents access to free visitors permits will be reduced to two (per household).

Wow, that is tight. I bet loads get sold though.

Should give Burnham a roasting over all these issues on his Thursday radio phone in

The new parking scheme is nothing to do with Andy Burnham, its down to the City Council and believe it not, Manchester City FC who, I understand are funding the full cost of the new restrictions.

What percentage of our crowd come from the city centre?
Or more pertinently what percentage of the crowd would our owners like to be based in the city centre ?Tourists don’t need parking spaces.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if City were complicit in these restrictions - just another front in the all out war they’re waging on legacy fans
