H&B do a cracking Vitimin and mineral combo that's currently on a bogof and has all the important guff in it like biotin and zinc. Also their Retinol 0.2 serum cream is proper shit hot, and after 3 week of using it on my kneck, I no longer gobble anymore. It's just been reduced by 25% to £9 a bottle for online accounts and is a whole lot cheaper than buying cravats.

Great advice there Bob, I'll be qualifying for my state pension next week and later today, I'll be sashaying on down to the Town Hall to have my photo taken for my bus pass. Life doesn't get much better.
