It’s either ‘tater ‘ash, or beef stew and dumplings. Delicious.

Haha, Minsterley Parade, for those in WHP where I grew up had a shop called Dennis’. He’d put machines out every night that sold chocolate, cigarettes and KP Beechnut chewing gum.
They were brilliant, it's great to see someone else remembers themRemember these ? Collecting cards that came in a packet with a rectangular piece of chewing gum that smelt beautiful.
Look at the art work on this. Not AI generated, someone actually had to draw that. And the subjects of the cards were not only historical but captured the subject matter in all it's gory detail, no age restrictions, and didn't require "readers should be aware that the contents of these cards may be disturbing...." etc.

They came with reproduction dollar bills in various denominations which we also collected.
My brother will be 70 this year, and has the complete set of cards including the dollar notes.
They also did "Mars Attacks" cards and "Man form UNCLE" and others I can't remember.
With egg deep fried after the chips were done

I collected the Beatles ones too
You mentioned the Man from Uncle - I joined and got my yellow/gold U.N.C.L.E. ID card - I wonder if that would let me work in Starmer's new world!
That’s them!I thought I did and got my brother to check but there wasn't one. I think, maybe, we were conflating these two ?

Gripewater too?My mum's remedies were Malt & Cod Liver Oil or Kaolin and Morphine, both administered with a large spoon.
Straight up, the only OCD I have is that I'll only eat desserts with a teaspoon. I blame it on my mum's nursing.
Around the same time there was a bubble gum card series of flags of the world.I thought I did and got my brother to check but there wasn't one. I think, maybe, we were conflating these two ?

Made by mum of childhood friend of Irish descent, not sure if relevant, was early 70s I think. Not cooked for as long as your link if I recall correctly. It was very tasty and beyond my mum's cooking skills
I would have been 11/12 at the timeThose cards were issued in 1964/65 so I was 5 at the time and yet, when I look at them, I can remember them vividly.
And they are so gory but, oddly, seeing them didn't make me grow up to be a serial killer.

Remember them?
Only ever cooked with beef dripping the one with a cow on the packet. Very bad for high cholesterol.
