Let me hazard a wild guess here. You won't be voting Conservative?
'Course he will, he's doing a Gaylord.

Ashcroft says that the polls are showing a late swing to Labour.

If that is the case and if the SNP stick by their pledge to keep the Tories out of government it would appear that the Tories would not have enough support to form a coalition government.

But a subsequent Labour led coalition may be too fragile to survive.
Not a surprise that there is a labour swing at the moment as the Conservative voters will be working.

Rational, level headed and to the point. I say let's have more!

Voted first thing this morning.

I feel we won't know what government we are getting for a couple of weeks though. Will be some to-ing a fro-ing from all parties trying to sort out a coalition of sorts.

Just been to vote
In Poynton we are also voting for the town council.
You can choose up to 9 candidates.
Every single one of the fuckers is Tory apart from 2 Greens.

I spoiled my ballot paper!

tory for me, I grew up in the 70's and saw labour financially and morally destroy my country and the damage they did between 97 and 2010 doesn't bear thinking about.
I not camerons biggest fan, I do feel he is weak at times, maybe that's working in a coalition, but please not miliband and labour in cahoots with the snp, sinn fein et al, that does frighten the shit out of me
I'm no fan of Labour but how did they destroy the country morally?

And what damage did they do between 1997 & 2010? Up to 2008 it was a period of uninterrupted growth.

It constantly both amazes and sickens me how much lying shit the right-wing red-tops get away with peddling.

Dust hands together in an rather accomplished manor

Once a blue always a blue !

I Was going to deviate and become a Uk-ipper but ever so pointless in our ward
And besides I was informed off a passing knowledgeable waif from deep in cyber-land that they only exist to keep Conservatism from leaning too far to the left

I still think Nigel is a very good man and his intentions are honorable
And get this , he even likes a pint down his local
I hope we eventually have our referendum and it will not be a stitched up referendum
If the seat was a marginal with an ounce of a sniff at achieving the seat I may have just blessed him with a cross.

In life we are always told to look at the bigger picture and the bigger picture is I have no desire to see my country once more fall into a some dark and deep financial abyss

That is all ;

Living in a marginal Lib/Con constituency I'm surprised the only election campaign material was a letter from Dave Cameron. In fact its been very disappointing how there's been very little canvassing has gone on.

Was this growth upto 2008 not largely down to the prolific spending?

So in five years time (or less) we'll need even more drastic measures in place because of Ed and his party's sheer fiscal incompetence......

Blinkered you lot mate
Like I said,I'm ok Jack.Tell you what let's give the bankers another bonus.
Why shouldn't they get a bonus if they make their shareholders money?

That chip is weighing your shoulder down isn't it.

And yes I'm ok jack and working fucking hard for it.
I'm sure I recall you on here previously boasting about how few hours you have to work for your colossal salary and, judging by how often you're on here, you can't possibly be "working fucking hard for it".

2003 saw the illegal war in Iraq which saw and we're still seeing thousands upon thousands of innocent lives lost. This is the reason I'll never vote Labour again. We were all hoodwinked by Tony Blair and his crew, what makes it worse that he's some kind of peace envoy to the middle east.
He and his mate Bush should be tried on war crimes.
