It's not as simple as that, he has to decide on a question and this where his swivel eyed loons will hold his feet to the fire, they want a yes or no, he will want a more complex question, a small minority is not easy to manage
I agree with you there mate, but I still see the referendum as being the end of UKIP. The question of Europe is their whole raison d'etre and if that question is answered in a refernedum than there's no point to them.
