The Ghanian guy we signed that we sent on loan

Surely next season's Vieira replacement at least, if he's as good as being talked about?

I have a strong feeling he will go out on loan for another season. I seem to remember it being mentioned back when we signed him. But if he doesn't then good. Vieira's retirement might hinge on this also.

will he qualify as club trained or home grown?

Homegrown I believe as we signed him when he was 18 but not club/associate trained because he has to be in the country for that. I think that is right anyway.

You mean for visa reasons or related to his progress?

I vaguely remember it being for Visa reasons. I might have dreamt it though.

Is this an awful thing to say,but I genuinely had forgotten all about this kid ??
Hell how many more starlets have we got hidden away with other clubs ?
If Nige is your mentor, young man, then I feel we and you are heading in the right direction.

Great news, this lad appears to be the real deal, and,as already stated, when he returns he will have the opportunity, and incentive,of working with some excellent mentors in DJ,Viera,Barry and co.

(Respect for adding to this thread Sam,rather than making an unnecessary new one)
