The Gym

DW fitness, £34 a month and handy as I work all over the country and with the exception of London they are pretty much all over, gym is pretty average but got a pool, can hardly tell I go but dread to think Wtf I would look like if I didn't bother...was in the one in Cambridge last night and Jesus its rammed with it.....

Got a work mate that goes to that one but he goes at about 8pm when its died down

Thats the problem, its just to busy lunch times, And there always on the streets trying to draw in more customers! i dont want to quit it though.

Fitness First is not £55 anywhere in London unless you only have a 4 month membership then it is £56 odd a month. I know because I have been a member for years.

You should meet me and we can train together its better than gambling.

your right it isnt that much -i pay Direct debit FITNESS FIRST CLUB £45.95

And yes, it is far more rewarding than gambling , one of the reasons i joined

True, both insanity and running you need good strong knees, luckily I have them for the time being.
 
Fit For Free (Dutch company recently launched over here)

£9.99pm

it's very basic. my previous gym was £38pm but it had Sauna, Steam Room and a decent Swimming pool.
FFF has nothing like this, just gym equipment (that is decent)

Walking distance from a Mosque, cheap price = Full of Students, Doleites and Muslims.

I'll probably be leaving come September.
