I am increasingly impressed by Mancini. There is not a single player in the team that he doesnt seem to have improved. This seems to have been overlooked or overshadowed due to the fact he has had to deal with some players who were disruptive or not right for his vision, it is becoming abundantly clear though in my opinion that this guy is a top top manager who knows what it takes to win. Lescott, Richards, De Jong, Kompany are unrecognisable from the players Hughes signed and he has own signings look improved Silva was unplayable at times today and dzeko (who I have slated - apologies edin) looks a yard quicker and harder. Thank you Mr Mancini keep up the good work.
It must be pretty hard, with a team full of good quality, and some very good quality, players, to lose to teams of limited quality such as Swansea and Bolton.
The only quality team that we have played so far, beat us. So let's not go too far overboard just yet. Today we showed signs at times of last season's slow-build-up, walk- the- ball-into- the-net style which lost us so many points last year.
Barcelona we are not... not yet.
