The knownothing reactionary neanderthals don't get Corbyn because they know fuck all about politics in general, the labour Party specifically and socialism at all.

Old socialist fuckers like Corbyn believe that history is on their side, the inherent contradictions in capitalism eventually lead to social and economic breakdown and a window opens up where socialist politics is embraced.

While not entirely sold on this idea myself, there is a great deal of evidence to suggest it's unfolding in just such a way, notwithstanding reactionary blips like Trump and Farage.

For all the bluff and bluster from the shouty brigade, Corbyn is now the longest serving leader of a major political party in this country and another Blair clone has just been forced to eat his own shit, again.

We also know it doesn’t work and the vast majority of societies that have implemented far-left economic policy have been either bankrupt, extremely violent or both.

Are you seriously suggesting that Corbyn being the longest serving major party leader currently is something to shout about? He’s not managed to get out of opposition in that time lol.

Also, despite the fact you’ll say they’re not major, Nicola Sturgeon has been Leader for longer.

My wife has just left the labour party, and that sums up our tea time conversations quite well.

Why don’t you actually try and tackle what I say?

Name me a country with an economy large enough to rival ours that has adopted far left politics and not descended into poverty and violence?

I want the country to shift slightly to the left but those who are either just solely far left or right ideologues have never improved situations.

How many more people have to die in places like Venezuela before those in the West, who haven’t lived through similar, grow up?
