well if you're going to take it there I'd nominate Abdul's (two on Oxford Road, one near the Beeb and the other nearly opposite the MRI) where their chicken kebabs in a naan with a little chili sauce over crunchy veggies with mint yoghurt and sliced tomatoes are the 'king of meats'. Bloody amazing.

I wouldn't say skewered chunks of flame grilled chicken served up this way were above a rare filet mignon or even raw salmon sushi/sashimi (which melts in your mouth) but if we're going down the 'donner' Abdul's is king of Manchester.

No it is covered in beer, spices and honey, the crackling was so crispy when finished.
