anyone remember about 10 years ago a guy got done for supplying rancid meat to local schools? i think it was in the midlands.
he used to bleach the chicken and redate it, when it was frozen it looked alright. he got away with it for years.
i remember it because in the trade in that area he was known as 'maggot dave' !!!!!!

anyway, who is having a nice chicken dinner today...mmmmmmm!!

Lamb is the one for me.
Either pan frying a steak, roasting a rump to rare, marinating it in spices and chargrilling for kebabs, braising a shank for 4 hours until it drops off the bone or traditional Sunday roast with a leg or shoulder it is the daddy of meats.

I would have found it funny,if my kids had not been talking to me when i clicked on the thread.
