The Labour Government

A traitor to who?
The British people.

What positive benefit has be promoted or been involved in that has improved the lives of the ordinary person in the UK?

What has he promoted that has been detrimental to the UK?

Nothing for the former, and plenty for the latter.

His legacy in the history books of the UK in years to come will not be flattering, and let's not forget the influence of Russian money in the final weeks of the referendum campaign, a referendum he championed for years.

Putin was laughing at the result.

Don't fool yourself he's a 'man of the people' with his photo shoots showing him with a pint and fag in hand in his local pub.

He's a member of the establishment, prefers wine, and spends his time socialising with millionaires and billionairs in the west end of London.

He's a free market capitalist, eager to crush the protections we all enjoy, so he and his wealthy lackeys can salt more of their money away in their off shore bank accounts.

With that in mind, he received a payment of £40,000 last year from a company that advises the people he associates with as to how to they can obtain multiple passports and cititzenships from countries willing to accept their deposits and rights of abode in countries with no questions.

Not a bad little earner from someone who despises migrants so much, and that from a man who told so many lies on his application for a German passport, it was rejected.

He's a populist, gaining support from those he despises, and doing a very good job at deceiving his true intentions.

Is he a traitor?

He's a liar hiding his true intentions, which is a deception. Maybe he is, but I won't be voting for it.

So he's basically a nest feathering politician

Shocked I tell thee:-)

He was never getting a vote from me either btw. I just get amused at the descriptions people give to folk they don't agree with.

I see the Budget has killed recruitment in the UK Labour Market.
Who knew that would happen?

Would that be the UK Labour market where half the employees wage is subsidised by Universal Credit / Child Tax credits / Housing allowance whilst the employers cream off billions in profits and pay next to f@ck all in corporation tax?

That UK labour market?

That UK labour market?

What exactly is your Labour government going to do to change any of that?

I think you know the answer…….nothing!

So back to the original point of the budget killing recruitment growth.

Our company has laid 3 off the last 2 weeks and next year is going to be incredibly tough in no small part due to the budget and changes/costs of the NI changes. More will probably go sadly and recruitment just won’t happen.

We pay the national living wage before you try to go down that road.

Thoughts?

in what way killed?
Declining, falling, worst for 4 years.
Sadly it's only going to get worse.
If you tax business at least tax profits rather than the bottom line. That will still have an impact but not the impact Emplyer NI increases will have.
