The Labour Government

So you would rather no breakfast clubs ? It’s going into more and more schools and it’s a direct result of new government policy and funding.
The logic behind breakfast clubs, presumably, is that no child should be missing meals because their parent is a fuck up. And purely from a school's perspective, a child who hasn't eaten isn't teachable. While it's not ideal that a school has to do this, I get it. Making sure every kid has a decent breakfast will probably do more for education standards than giving every kid an iPad or the government's latest syllabus update.

You think my posts are childish when your precending one asked me which parties I think are better than Labour? What a dickhead, obviously baiting question that was, and you suggest I am childish? That's really quite funny.

By the way, I am 100% certain there's many morons on here who think I am a joke. That's expected when people are too dim to understand basic economics.
I don't think your posts are childish, you leave no doubt.
Your first reaction to anything positive is to attempt to ridicule.
Let's leave it there

Asking what political party you want in power in the politics forum is an entirely valid question.

You can't answer it and don't like the question because you're not really interested in anything except complaining and being angry.

It’s more than that tho it will help get parents to work on time or earlier and therefore boost the economy

Kind of expected and reaffirms why you’re seen as a joke on here. Your posts are just childish.

He gets attacked. He responds and you all get even more pissy.

What do you expect him to do? Just take it?

Block him if you have no time for his views but you and others can’t because it’s more fun ganging up on posters like him for daring to disagree.

if my maths is right it evens out to roughly about 2.8 percent per year even with the big increase in latter years when inflation was near/above double figures.
Not sure what the average inflation is over this time but think this would be slightly higher than that .
edit quick google says 2.5 to 2.8 percent average inflation over the last 25 years
I make it 5% pa increase to go from £3.60 to £12.21 over 25 years. It’s been above inflation.

Not that i usually stick up for chippy but this was the post that set it all up.

Crazy how Labour, who haven't been great, are still absolutely miles better than anything else on offer.

Now i replied with based on? Which gave everyone the opportunity to agree on the stupidity of the post or back it up.
No one did and then leading post/posts were made hoping chippy would say Reform or Tory so we could go through the same things about that rabble for the thousanth time. This is not debate its repetition at this point.
Anyhow the truth imho is this labour arent as bad yet as the previous Tory govt but they have time to become so, let's hope not.
As for anything else on offer that would be a bollocks statement unless @ballbag can transcend parallel universes and see how the others did.
But he can't so it twas bolllocks, which is ironic from someone called ballbag I guess:-)

Give over ffs. You’re like old women discussing posters with each other.

Play the post, not the poster.
Play the post, not the poster. Is that a wind up?

He’s a wum and because he struggles to have a reasoned discussion, he resorts to name calling and being offensive. (you know, playing the poster).

He was asked a reasonable question earlier and rather than offer a reasonable response, he jumped in with a churlish, juvenile reply.

If someone had said the Liberals, then I think a more reasonable discussion could have evolved as I think most would agree the Tories are too far gone atm, and Reform are, reform.

Fuck off, of course I can answer it. FWIW, Reform or Tories over this shower any day of the week.

The question was pure trolling as he knew full well what the answer is, so my original answer was entirely appropriate.
