Is that fraud only or does it include mistakes by DWP for overpayments, or honest mistakes by people claiming?

It’s a great idea and it’s not really the rich paying the higher rate of tax now; they pay the additional rate.

Or as @ganganvince says, reinstate the WFA and raise it to 1k. Pensioners wouldn’t have to go to the library to keep warm then, as you so compassionately suggested.
 
CBI moaning they have to pay a bit more in taxes than they pay someone to avoid.

Pisses me off they plead poverty yet take the most of us in tax breaks and other benefits. But it's all about Shazney and her 27 united colours of benneton kids destroying the country.
