The Labour Government

Legislation says companies need an export licence for weapons. How about a licence needed to advertise on foreign websites? (With some sites hostile to the UK to be like hostile countries.)
Absolutely. Surely all the grown ups in the room would agree with that?

The reality is they haven't got the balls to go with Leveson 2 so anything beyond that is delusional.

I suppose they can want to cut immigration without wanting to set fire to them in hotel room.

If even half of @threespires post is correct then you can see why the government are not interested in recalling parliament and give the agent provocateur any airtime. It does all fit together. Have to say if this is the case then I will tip my hat to Starmer in his handling, points to a very clever operator.
That or he's just really enjoying his Bingo nights in Bournemouth.

I believe Ed Davey is kayaking down the Niagra Falls.

Seems pretty poor form this. I didn’t realise they deducted how much you’d have paid in rent from you compensation when unfairly convicted which in itself is based on how much you would have earned it if you hadn’t been banged up? How do you even begin to fairly calculate how much someone would have earned, what mortgage they may have had so what their current net worth would be etc etc. Finger in the air stuff. Needs a proper overhaul. We’re only talking about 1.75% of cases that get reviewed by the CCRC being referred back to courts (that’s about 25 a year) so it’s not huge numbers.

That's piss poor and hopefully sense will prevail

change of male host after the farce of Balls interviewing his Mrs about the riots but the GMB mantra of Labour bashing - if Rinder thought Labour would fix the criminal justice system in a month then he ain't as smart as he thinks he is

Surely Lauren Edwards the Labour MP for Rochester & Strood has to resign?

Wrongfully imprisoning someone for 25 years and instead of just paying up you charge them room and board is just so pitifully wrong it's hard to believe it's true.

Whoever thought that gem up needs their arse locking up with the coppers that fitted the lad up.
