I'm all for having proper conversations with youngsters re their path into work (helps to understand their barriers, some of which are hidden, and what motivates them). "Sustainable" employment is the key rather than a merry go round.
And trained careers advisors who can point out realistic choices.
There has to be balance, but also the stark reality of what continued unemployment means
