The court order isn’t new, it’s been in place since 2020.

Hence why there was a debate earlier in the thread about whether she could have used parliamentary privilege (which would have been an abuse of her power as an MP).

Was it bollocks. She broke the rules and had to resign because she was caught out..

I was brought up on a council estate and find the constant references to her working class roots embarrassing….. we don’t live in Dickensian Britain.

That’s not how court orders work! Even so, you were sugggesting she put a gagging order in around this, that’s clearly not the case.

An NHS compensation claim like her sons, they will usually ask for non disclosure, it’s just standard.
