I don't disagree that the business wouldn't be as efficient but that isn't the point. All I was doing was merely saying that a business could run without certain people but the ones it couldn't run without are those that produce the revenue stream.
Of course you are correct. The NHS are making nurses redundant because a hospital needs a HR department but can run with a couple less nurses. It’s exactly the same point mate.

Went to the pub on my daily dog walk today haven’t been in for a few months talking to the land lady she says business has really dropped off, first thing she blamed it on was the budget and the boats. Everytime I talk to anyone about how shit things are at the moment the first thing they say is the boats. Whoever is pushing this narrative they are winning, the normal parties need to shape up or the frog eyed fucker could get into some sort of power.
I never said it was racist to discuss the rules make people obey to rules or tackle the issue. So I don’t know why you brought it up as if I did. Why are you trying to put words in my mouth ?
