The Labour Party

Totally fucked him.

Best Starmer can do is if he gets elected. Remove the whip straight away and prepare a new candidate for the GE. The man (If elected) will get a couple of months pay before he's out.
I've had a couple of longstanding ambitions. One I fulfilled a couple of seasons ago when I finally got to see Accrington Stanley take an almighty 1-0 beating by the Dale, and the other is to vote for the official Monster Raving Loony Party. In this forthcoming by-election I shall satisfy the other longstanding ambition. I will just have to be careful and make sure my X goes in the official loony box as the rest of the candidates all seem to qualify for the label 'loony'!

so you're happy with the tories then?

The Labour party stand a good chance of getting in with the Tory light ticket, it's making the little Che's froth at the mouth.

Labour will get my tick come election day.
Can yer put a tick? Don't they just look at who the tick has voted for and then scrap it if it's not the 'preferred party? Put a good, stout robust X and yer'd be ok.

I am deeply unhappy with every fucking skunk who sits on the green leather, softly- upholstered, taxpayer-funded benches from either side of the chamber.
so let me get this straight, we've had nearly 15 years of tory policy and you're angry about their policies. You've got the chance to get rid of them once and for all but you fancy wasting your vote to do this because you think the opposition are the same even though you haven't given them any chance of proving this.

I'd understand if this was a general election in say another 4/5 years after the tories are kicked out but this is the one where we've had the worst government in living history and you're happy to let that slide. I really don't know what people are thinking here, it's a no brainer

Hey, I put Harold Wilson into No10 and then Tony Bliar. I have experienced seven decades of Tory, Labour, LibLab, ConLib, and I have come to the conclusion, to which I am perfectly entitled, that there isn't a great deal of difference between them. They are all soaked to the skin in party dogma, and the last thing that crosses their mind is that they are governing our country for the good of everyone!

Again this is the worst government in the history of you being alive but yet you're happy for them to continue. good for you

What in my replies had left you with the mad and wholly erroneous idea I wish them to continue? I want the whole stinking mess of 'em towed into the Channel and slowly sunk without a trace!

Loads of people. Brewster and Maxwell, for example, would have no problem. If you don’t listen, you can’t hear abuse.
I wouldn’t fancy being an MP to be honest.

It’s not the abuse I would receive that puts me off - that wouldn’t bother me in the least - it’s more the fact that I couldn’t give any back.

Anyway, it’s all hypothetical and given that I’m not a raving anti-Semite, I certainly wouldn’t be able to stand for Labour in Rochdale.
