Still not a good example - is it the farms who will be paying the inheritance tax or the farmers who have no little cash?Hence I said farms and not farmers.

Basically what was leaked then.
You happy with today’s announcements then?
Yep hopefully by reducing what the undeserving get, it will protect those really in needI believe welfare reforms are over due and more young people to need to get into jobs than claim a lifetime of benefits- I believe Labour will try and protect the most vunreable and disabled it’s just targeting those that can work but don’t - that causes a massive strain on the country.
Dr Marie Tidball, who is a disabled Labour MP, says she welcomes the "proactive" approach being taken to help get disabled people back into work.
Kendall says the government will work with disabled people and the groups that represent them to develop pathways to work and employment support.
Let’s see how it fully pans out.
Didn't the Guardian report on the Labour party MP's and their reaction to the reported leaks? All made up by the right wing press according to some. But right to try is a decent enough idea.

If theyre are going for the malingerers and scivers … fuckin GOOD!!!
And the ones that dont need it … GOOD!!!
I know a bloke, £600k house in an affluent area. Does ok money wise. Has a 19 autistic son (wouldnt swap for the world) and gets benefits for him. Why? But .. as he doesnt need the money they can opt for a motorbility car instead. Not only that , because they have a few quid they put towards the money they receive and have a brand new Q7 on the drive.
What the fuck ?

Ava Santini said on the last politics joe podcast labour backbenchers told her it all came from them. Not according to some. All a right wing media conspiracy, including that Tory support stalwart the Guardian, and Labour never ever suggested doing it.
It was brilliant. Totally agree.Labour should revive Remploy funding.
Have a look at motability and see what a Q7 costs per month. I can guarantee it will be nowhere near enough and the family will be topping it up.If theyre are going for the malingerers and scivers … fuckin GOOD!!!

My mrs worked for a massive firm when she became ill and could no longer carry on with her job (cabin crew)Raising awareness of disabilities have meant for higher rates of diagnosis and subsequent EHCP plans in schools.
The local authorities are now overloaded with applications and are struggling to even review current EHCPs. Hence recently, they’ve decided to give schools extra funding to manage SEN in schools, with a view to only granting EHCPs in cases of severe autism etc which cannot be managed with the sole provisions of the school.
I really think the supported internship programs where people with disabilities are on the job with support are great.
However, you only have to look at recruitment websites. Yes, they have been made more accessible but they are still largely very challenging for people with disabilities to even apply for a job.
It’s true that the larger businesses have inclusion programs but there’s 1000s of smaller - medium size businesses who could employ people with disabilities but have not had the training or support to hire them.
So the family can well afford the cost of a car then. They dont need the q7 clearlyHave a look at motability and see what a Q7 costs per month. I can guarantee it will be nowhere near enough and the family will be topping it up.
edit; I've looked and its all the allowance plus around 4k downpayment.
That's my point. There is a set limit on the component which gets you a little 2 door car. Anything bigger involves the recipient using their own money and not taxpayersSo the family can well afford the cost of a car then. They dont need the q7 clearly
If we are being balanced there is a poster who promotes nothing but X mainly, is woefully unbalanced politically and is caught lying a lot.Indeed, and rightly so at times.
The 'boring' part is when a certain pro Farage/Reform voter constantly vents and rages about Labour typing any old tripe he can think off, not be balanced and clearly being disingenuous.
