To be fair, I can understand why they need a dozen officers.

I live in a close with about 15 houses. I know everyone by name, and see most of them regularly, but haven't got a clue if they're really there. I found out recently that one neighbour had been spending most of the week looking after his mum in Blackburn for the last two years. Still saw him most weeks, and assumed he lived there full time. Another couple I was told had split up, but see them both regularly and couldn't tell you who had moved out. I don't think I've ever lived somewhere where I could guarantee a neighbour was in their house more than a few nights a week.

I assume satellite images, gps tracking, cctv and phone date could all be commandeered. It's probably been long deleted, but if we put another ten officers on the case, we could probably crack this sometime after the next election.

RIP Frank Fields.
Always came across as a sensitive and thoughtful, individual. Maybe a bit too centre left for some.
But 40 years the MP for Birkenhead is pretty outstanding by today's standards.
