A sizeable and vocal section who want to provide an inefficient service? Are you sure?Why not? People who’ve done well elsewhere maybe wanting to do it for a gong or, heck, even altruistic reasons rather than for financial.
The far bigger problem is the staff who aren’t interesting in providing an efficient service - and whilst not the majority it’s a sizeable and vocal section.
