The Labour Party

Genuine question, mate. I wasn’t sure if you support the Tories or just against Starmer. If it is Starmer than I was wondering if you were more left so asked the Q.

No harm, was just confused.
Missed this. No offence taken mate, just find the whole ' who's side are you on' a bit tedious tbh.

Just calling as I see it.

Anyway it seems Lammy himself has realised (or been told) he had a shocker.

It was weird. Raab seemed to think culture isn't for the likes of her.
Quelle surprise!
Amazing how she's managed to piss off both the 'toffs' and some traditional labour supports who see labour as part of the (Bingo coming up) 'Metropolitan Elite'. Honestly?

The RW press have done a royal number on so many people....

I know she can be a little jarring at times but I'm definitely warming to her. She's real and it take something to stand in front of all that lot and give it some.
I think with more experience and she'll be a great force.

Raab is just a squib languishing in a puddle made from dogs piss.

Won't be getting my vote, evil cunts.

Shocking stuff. A domestic abuse victim who has been subject to a sustained campaign to unseat her by allies of her ex from *within* the local party .... and barely a murmur from her colleagues in the PLP.

You'd think the likes of Jess Phillips would be all over this

So, those that are there to protect are allowing abuse? I take it the Labour party are culpable for this?

Can't see one and don't want to create one then get told off. Is there a Liberal Democrats or Other Party thread anywhere?

Something just missing from Starmer, he is just a lacking a little in charisma and sometimes possibly direction. Mick Lynch on the other hand would wipe the floor with most politicians. Labour need to get him on their front bench if at all possible.

I agree. He's got everything but the X Factor, the thing that makes the political illiterates vote for him. The irony here is that we've just got rid of a PM who was all style and no substance, and the alternative is a man with the substance but not the style. whilst I think he's a good man, I wouldn't be heartbroken if he had to resign over his can of beer.

Andy Burnham would be the man for me. Or David Milliband.
