Does he have more integrity than Boris?Sorry I was in the garden on my Tractor cutting the grass.
Won’t be on here all afternoon because I am going out to sunbathe.
I am very happy for both him and his Deputy that they have been cleared, probably more so than a lot on the left judging by the Starmer thread.
A lot of you would have preferred for him to go.
It can only help the Tories Boris going and Starmer staying.
Seemingly without any of them realising this was the exact same police force that didn’t prosecute Dominic Cummings! It's dangerous imo. I read US social media around Trump etc and it's scary how entrenched and divided they are.
This is our social media on beergate.....

I do hope that everyone who is currently second to them are the only ones who put in a serious campaign at the next election and they get absolutely destroyed. Were that to happen, they might well disappear!Does he have more integrity than Boris?

Without a doubt.Does he have more integrity than Boris?
Now come on, do you seriously think any of my bathrooms have a shower over the bath
Blackmailing the police? That sounds actionable....Loving the Mail though. They’ve no idea what to do, at all. Their man is toast and Keith has ‘got away with it.’
Without any hint of irony: Conservative MP Michael Fabricant told MailOnline: 'I am surprised how Durham Police decided not to fine Starmer and Rayner.
'Many people will think that, as a QC and a lawyer, Starmer wormed his way out of a conviction while, in effect, blackmailing Durham Police by saying: "You’ll be bringing down the Leader of the Opposition if you fine me".
'Many regular people will feel this is another Establishment stitch-up.'
They’ve also now resorted to publishing pictures of Blair with his highway robber mask on, they first printed in the late 90’s, to go along with some false equivalence from last week, comparing the US abortion ruling to tactical voting, coalition government and the UK being ruled by rabid left wingers for ever and a day, if it’s not stopped!
Gets funnier and funnier, every day…….
Fabricant though. Not sure he’d be deemed to be in a fit enough mental state to plead!Blackmailing the police? That sounds actionable....
I'm sure Keir knows some good libel lawyers.
No, but you'd want him and the Mail to have to print an apology.Fabricant though. Not sure he’d be deemed to be in a fit enough mental state to plead!

"Tory enablers"
Did the SNP offer to do a backroom deal with Labour?
I understood Labour (with 13 seats out of 63 on Edinburgh City Council) decided they'd work to find consensus, and the SNP and the Greens refused.
Yeah I agee. It's almost as if they wouldn't do anything different .... except behave a bit better. In terms of welfare it shouldn't be a surprise. It would be nice if just every so often 'labour' could see their way clear to actually oppose Tory policies like this. I personally think labour could also be doing more to pressure the govt over fuel /energy prices too - unless of course they are just as deeply in the pockets of the energy industry as the govt.
The average wage should be about £6k a year higher if wages had kept pace with inflation over the last 12 years apparently. It would be nice to see labour seeming to push the govt a bit on that too - perhaps even supporting the RMT?
