The Linesman v Arsenal stood down (updated)

Re: The Liner: "They Payed 62 Quid, Go Over There And See Them."

Top man! Think if something is going to be done about ticket prices, now is when its gonna happen. Don't know if city fans sent back 900 tickets in protest, couldn't afford them, or "don't have the fanbase to sell them", or even if it was a combination of them all, but people seemed to take notice this time.

Respect!!

I'm thinking that maybe JL says something to him and that was his response, as he does not seem too happy. Watch the liner's face after he has passed him .

Quality.

He deserves praise.

I wouldn't be surprised he's not a blue or definitely a real football fan. £62 to the players is nothing, probably a nice starter at their local Michelin rated restaurant. And the lino does need tremendous praise. So well done to the linesman!!

Certainly wasn't that. Took 6,000 for a Wednesday night League Cup game last season.

What's the linesman saying?? I can't make it out!

It was none of the above

Arsenal needed an answer from City 2 weeks before the game whether we were having the full allocation or not. City panicked (they'd have had to foot the bill for any unsold) as only 2000 had been sold and sent 912 back. There was no boycott (apart from few individuals on high points who chose not to go when they had the option)

It's a myth, but a myth that could bring some good in the long run

Plenty saying they boycotted but unless they had 6000+ points then they're lying

Was going to say mate, I like this myth
