You wouldnt think the website could possibly be worse than the printed version........but it is!
Infested with pop up adverts and automated video clips taking up bandwidth slowing its operation down to snail like performance, no doubt containing potential viruses as well as being impossible to follow. In short it's fucking shite and I'd rather poke cocktail sticks in my eyes than click on a link to it.

For anyone else who may be tempted to click on it, use the DuckDuckGo browser. It actually makes it readable.

As a resident of Bournemouth, I don’t tend to follow the MEN, but after the last couple of weeks I was somewhat shocked how anti-City the local rag is these days. They seem to be so biased towards the Salford team. Do they really seem to want to alienate a huge proportion of their potential readers? Mods might wish to transfer this to the media thread, but I think this deserves a discussion of it’s own.

The MUEN has been a total piss take for years and years, you may as well read the Liverpool Echo who despise us, however they are totally honest about it. Ragkowski was called out on here as a life long raggy. They think it's funny, so along with all the usual back handed compliments, snidey jibes and embedded "massive" jokes for fellow rags they throw in the occasional positive post to keep blues "engaged". I can't be arsed to dig up my previous posts on the demise of the MUEN, basically no self respecting blue would be seen dead clicking on that pile of faecal 'rag' dross. At least three years since I looked at it, It's just one of millions of web sites competing for ragclicks, ignore it, hopefully like lots of other legacy media it will be extinct soon enough, and deservedly so.

Just to get the perspective right. Anyone who has MANUred their roses with the product of a horse's arse will know that there are different levels of quality. Mind, it's still horse shit!
