The most hated club in English football history?

Surely it’s the dippers.
Got everyone banned from Europe.

Some still remember how violent and thuggish they were back in the day (still are but media don’t like saying anything bad about them, dropping weighted pint pots on 16 year old girls etc…)

I hear people in Turin aren’t particularly fond of them either… I can’t think of a single reason why though.
 
The dippers and its not even close, the red media hate us as its good business for them to keep the idiots onside but in reality and not on social or mainstream media its the dippers, those fuckers are a different species and are rightly hated across the board as the duplicitous , whiny, thuggish scumbags that they are and who are guilty of incident after incident, it is not coincidence that whenever there is trouble they are involved somewhere.
 
Love us, hate us, but you're not going to ignore us. Fuck the haters, they hate us because they want to be us. Let them spew their vitriol and bile all they want, we know it's pure envy, nothing more, nothing less. Most of the haters follow clubs who are saddled with enormous debt, are badly run, their glory days are becoming distant memories, have a self righteous, self entitled and deluded fanbase, deny anything or everything is their fault.

They all would want the type of owners we have been blessed with to take over their clubs. If they say otherwise then that would be hypocritical nonsense. The only way to for them get that is find better investors in your clubs so don't get bitter, get better.

It completely amazes me that this isn’t talked about. Even though fans were killed, Liverpool fans convicted of manslaughter and the rest of English football banned from Europe for 5 years!

It’s like it never happened.
 
We're just rightfully a laughing stock at the moment. The most hated club is easily still united and it isn't close. Our rivals are the 3 most supported clubs in the country which skews things aswell. The majority of the country don't support united arsenal or liverpool and they definitely don't have City on top of their shitlist.

I mean I didn't hear the tone of his comments but he's not exactly wrong there. Rodri is the king of stopping a counter with just enough physicality to avoid a yellow and we are desperately missing that as well as everything else the best player in the world would bring to the table.
 
The media would like you to think city are the most hated team in England, but when having discussions with match going fans of other teams (not twitter twats)

It still seems the hatred is still heavily swung towards United and Liverpool.

Probably doesn't help when the media lectures fans to support Liverpool when they go far in Europe.
 
The history books will tell us that City have been the most team this last decade, I’m not bothered about the hatred towards us because Liverpool will always be the most hated club in the world.

Mainly I see anger with opposition lfc and utd fans. I like it tbh, it shows the pain we caused them. I have actually been stopped, whilst driving in liverpool by a liverpool fan warning me I shouldnt be in the city with City colours on my car. Utd fans that lose their shit when I tell them we wont be found guilty, people who wont actually talk to me because I support City........ The anger is palpable.

I put myself in their heads and it isnt pretty, its devastation LOL. Years of it.

Other fans dont seem that arsed and are even happy for us to be not lfc and utd winning the title. I think they want us to have cheated so it hurts the red clubs. Not sure about that though.

Liverpool have been shit for 30 years, Rags have been shit for 12 years, They still get called "The biggest clubs in England"...

The truth is, "Manchester City are the best ever English team", We've won 4 in a row which nobody has ever done....We've done it.

What exactly are we trying to achieve in football as a fan base and more importantly as a club...No matter what we do we'll never be classed as the so called "Big Boys"...

The pattern mainly is Liverpool and Uniturd are by far the most loathed around the country for several reasons.

City aren't, though we seem to be viewed negatively by many out of jealousy since 2008.

I live in Derbyshire and work in Sheffield and come into contact with quite a few football supporters.

City are not disliked or hated at all by most Sheffield United and Wednesday fans nor are we disliked or hated by Derby and Forest fans in my experience. Same applies to the other clubs in those regions. For instance shared a cab with 3 Rotherham fans to the Etihad a couple of years ago for a European match.

OK, some think City are guilty of the charges because they believe the lies that are written about us.

I'm not getting hatred of City from any of those.

Liverpool and to a slightly lesser extent Uniturd are hated in Nottingham but not as much as they hate Derby. A lot of that stems from Hillsborough, Scouse arrogance and in Uniturd's case their arrogance too and there being a ruck at Wembley in a League Cup Final when several rags were in the Forest end. In Sheffield their main hatred is for their city rivals and Leeds. Some Owls and Blades loathe Leeds more or equally as much as their city rivals.

I think you'll find this is central to the hate campaign. Wonder why GMP and associated plod forces haven't started rooting out people at the starting point of this 'hate'!
