Pastry, potatos and meat, in lots of combinations. Every village in Yorkshire and Derbyshire seems to have it's own tart/pudding/cake, while we've managed to come up with hundreds of delicious ways of wrapping meat in pastry

I've had plenty of fish chips n peas washed down with a can of Ben Shaws D&B mate. Kind of go well together.
