The obsession with other teams raising their game against us.

There's a propensity with some of our fans to blame anyone other than ourselves for our problems. If it's not the opposition raising their game, it's the refs, or the media, or the FA. At some point the players need to start taking some responsibility too.
To be fair against Chelsea I think we had a point with the ref.

I think it has a lot to do with us coming out and starting shite in a lot of games, which gives the impression that teams have raised their game, whistle goes we coast they score inside ten minutes =stupid headline grabbing mistakes

Yeah, fair point. Although if De Bruyne buried the empty net, or Otamendi and Kolarov didn't defend like schoolboys, then we'd probably still have won the game.

Agreed Kev and Aguero should have scored and maybe Bravo could have done a bit better in that game, but first half they should have been down to ten men and conceded a penalty. I had the feeling at the game that had the roles been reversed we would have been.

We are improving and there will be a time where referees will not have any influence on our results or other factors beyond our control. You could say us being in the Champions League is another factor in us dropping points in the league.

I do feel teams may not necessarily raise their games against us I do think they are less likely to roll over. We can and have dropped points to anyone in the league and thrown away leads in matches that should be over at half time. I my opinion teams don't fear us as they do other top teams in division they know we have stupid mistakes in us.

No teams "roll over" some are just shit compared to the best teams, we however don't seem to be consistent enough to put them away, a good example is Leicester, how the fuck did we perform that badly there ? Our players and our manager are responsible for that debacle, not Leicester.
