Rochdale have now got Grimes, Marshall, Tutte, Benali and Ball. If they draw Leicester in the cup it'll be a real City love in!!

Grimes seems to have turned himself into a handy lower league player. He was let go earlier than the others and has maybe got over the disappointment earlier.
Hopefully the others will do the same and forge themselves decent careers. Saw David Ball at Brighton v Peterborough at the w/e. He came on with about 30 mins to go and looked a little lost, although he did set up Peterborough's best chance. They only took him over the summer and now he's been farmed out to Dale. Strange, but Fergie jnr obviously doesn't rate him.
so for the NextGen Champs League, I see that up to three members may be born in 1992, with all other members being born in 1993 or later.
unfortunately that means some of our better prospects (Assulin and Wabara) are ineligible. Razak would be one of our three born in '92. Unfortunate, would have liked to see Assulin against better competition than the Oldham's of the world.

You have to wonder exactly what Assulin, Wabara, and any others who can't play in that tournament like Chantler are going to do this season with us not in the reserve league this season (to my understanding). Will we arrange a ton of friendlies or something? Assulin was wanted by Palace on loan with Guidetti but the club blocked it so maybe he is in first team plans?

on the highlights can't danny just commentate instead of us having to cut back to him every 30 seconds?

That's just the format they go with JMW they show the highlight's and want my reaction to the incidents, they just want to do it a little bit different to the normal sit in a studio watching the highlights and doing the voiceover, where in effect i wouldn't even need to go to the game....

I don't mind you at the game, and I like you interviewing the lad at HT, I just think you doing commentary as you see it and then maybe doing a review of the half rather than breaking it up every incident I'd prefer, but that's just my opinion lol.
also after the first Burnley goal, you call them Rochdale? tut tut :P.
any news on if they'll do any live games this season? i really enjoyed it last year.
