No I meant the kids we signed under Hughes like Zander and Karius, lots of hype but both have gone already.
Nielsen should have been gone ages ago, a pointless Hughes signing from his old club.
These exits may pave the way for us signing 18-year-old Nicola Leali from Brescia, who is considered Buffon's natural successor and could have Hart looking over his shoulder in a few years time if he fulfills his potential. Juventus and other big name clubs want him too though.
Angus Gunn is also doing really well though he is in a younger age bracket.

Never got the point of signing players like gonzalez and nielson.
It looks like Ryan McGivern could be sold off too in this window, Barnsley and Bristol City (where he is on loan) both want to sign him, the Daily Mail says he will cost around £300,000. Mee, Trippier, Chantler, Gonzalez, Karius, and McGivern all gone or on the verge of it.

Should ask him why none of the top German clubs have given him a chance either. For an 18 year old keeper expecting to be number 2 at a club like City is naive.
As for the others, no surprise really and i would expect alot more as well. There seems to be a talented bunch of 16-18 year olds at the club at the minute, no one from 19-21 stands out apart from maybe Roman but i don't rate him either but he's the best of a poor bunch.

Manchester City have taken teenage Slovenian defender Emir Dautovic on a trial.
The 16-year-old, who is currently on the books of Slovenian champions Maribor, has been training with City for the past few days.
Should Dautovic impress the Citizens' bosses, then he could be signed by the Premier League club, according to a senior Maribor official.
"Yes, he went to England, he had our permission," Maribor sporting director Zlatko Zahovic told Ekipa.
"Manchester City asked us if he could come to train with them and, of course, we allowed our boy to go to England for one week.
"But that is all for now. Later we will see how things go. But for us, the most important thing is that Emir has a professional contract signed with our club."
