great win, much deserved, much the better team throughout, Rekik outstanding, better than Savic imho, Assulin looks worth keeping and good showings from Bunn, Suarez & Roman.

Add some more youngsters on their level and get back in the reserve league next season.

Well done EDS.

Just out of interest how did Rekik, Wabara and Suarez play?

Rekik star, Suarez very good and Wabara, meh, started right back and was mediocre, got better when he moved to centre back but still many levels off Rekik.

I thought Helan put himself about but he just looked busy, lacked some quality and defensive assurance.

Nice one mate.

Assulin, Suarez, Rekik and Evans impressed me. Bunn worked hard and Hiwuya took his goal very well

Missed the second half as I had to go and have a wisdom tooth out, sounds like I missed the best bits!

Yeah. Probably Saturday morning.

This is a triple over the rags this season by the way, the U18s beat them, the U16s beat them, and now the EDS beat them. There are still reverse U18 and U16 fixtures to go, however. Yet we keep hearing from rags that a golden generation is coming through, what about our lot? We don't hype them up half as much but players like Suarez, Rekik, Razak, and Guidetti are exciting, and Guidetti is well ahead of the "new Van Nistlerooy" Will Keane who is the same age.

Maybe we are not in as bad shape as some would have us believe......

Good times.
