Season over for me. Now to Spain, holidays and rest before to go with the national team.

Yea, I decided to ask so tweeted him and then this appeared on his twitter...hopefully he will do well in the U20 world cup.

I believe Rusnak is the other player on the Tour if you watch the tour videos on the main site, the video with the kids, at 00:05 they zoom in. I believe that's him.

oh okay, sorry then :D

With all of this going on about the MLS Expansion we should likely assume some of our Academy talent will be heading there on loan. Personally I think it's a great move and with us owning the club we will be able to make sure they get both game time and play the 'right' way for us. It's a much better place to learn than the sorry excuse England has for a reserve/youth league.

Absolutely, & the MLS fans get the chance to watch (hopefully) some of the best young talent in world football & perhaps produce a few local players who rise to that level. Everyone's a winner.

Would it not be too far away from home for some youngsters? And is the MLS all that good of a league? I don't watch it other than the odd Henry goals. Is it as physical as over here?

Is there not a limit of like 5 or 6 players or something that are from outside of America?

Still the chance to send players over there of course but just not in huge numbers.

MLS isn't fantastic but I would say it is better to have the "stars" of our youth teams over there then scrapping around in League 1 and the championship.

Would be a good life experience for the players as well. A great selling point to tell the lads we are looking at in France etc, prove yourself in the academy and you get to live in New York for free. Great advert for the club.

Just spotted ALOT of youth players on the stream on the OS about the anouncement of claudio reyna! (this is in the us, so they are on the tour aswell)
